Personally, I find him abrasive, he posits discussions, posts, a view, and won't listen to anything that doesn't align with his little world.

I'm not sure myself, but the few things I've read of his have all been horrible and worthless. I believe he has a rep for attacking commenters. I just stay away.

I have no idea why he's disliked either, but every article of his I've seen posted has been lazy, vapid, and pretty pointless.

His ability to write is poor. Spelling and grammatical mistakes abound. He also bans anyone who disagrees with him.
